History

Dan was raised in a family-owned construction company, which is known for having constructed over 1,000 commercial/industrial projects in Arizona. Dan started to learn construction through high school vocational training and working in the family business. He spent over four years in the US Navy SeaBees (construction battalion), attaining the rank E-4. Dan owned and operated a small construction company while attaining his Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance from Arizona State University. Dan holds a Broker's Real Estate License in Arizona and is an associate member of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and CCIM. He also serves as a board member of Salt River Devco, and enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Dan is a vestry member of St. Barnabas on the Desert, past President of Arcadia Estates HOA & assistant Scoutmaster.

Geoff was born in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in Encinitas, California where he graduated from La Costa Canyon High School. After college, he moved to Dallas, TX and worked as a Network Specialist for Accubanc Mortgage. Prior to pursuing Commercial Real Estate, Geoff owned and operated a successful pool maintenance/repair company in San Diego, California. Geoff holds an Arizona Real Estate Sales License, joining Colton Commercial as a Leasing and Sales Associate in Summer 2005. He is a member of Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Young Leaders Group (YLG). Geoff volunteers as a head coach for MASD baseball and is an avid runner whose pastimes include baseball, music, and golf.
